The latest project in Sofia, Bulgaria used ISOTEC's ISOTRAP S60-H mounting system. This system is suitable for roofs with trapezoidal and sandwich covering types. This system, which can be used in vertical and horizontal placements, offers different size options. Thanks to its dimensions of 290 mm, 375 mm and 540 mm, it can be applied in trapezoidal-sandwich roof coverings with 3, 4 or 5 ribs. Additionally, there are height options of 20 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm and 85 cm.

The ISOTRAP S system is attached to the roof cladding at the top of the roof using aluminum rails, screws, or rivets. This connection type, 0, provides sealing. The specially shaped screw prevents burrs and provides high pull-out resistance. EPDM rubber strips bonded to the bottom of the aluminum profiles ensure sealing. The clamp connection, thanks to the aluminum nut detail, does not lock after installation and allows for reuse. The straw included in the clamps allows for easy one-handed installation.

The ISOTRAP S system makes it possible to apply the roof covering in case of level difference. Thanks to its clamp connections with high peel strength, it provides reliability against strong external influences such as wind. The material qualities used include aluminum piece profiles, clamps and nuts, clamp bolts, pipettes, gaskets and fasteners.
