Batumi 22,41 kWp ISOFLAT D13 V.3 FLAT Roof
ISOTEC supplied a 22 kWp flat roof system on the latest project in Batumi, Georgia. The mounting system used in this project was ISOFLAT D13 V.3. This system can be applied on flat roofs with concrete, gravel and membrane coating and can be installed in the south direction. This system, which has a slope of 8-12°, increases solar efficiency and can be applied up to a roof slope of 5°.
ISOFLAT D13 Mounting System provides assembly time advantage thanks to its pre-assembled components. The fixing method using weights allows application without drilling the roof covering. In membrane-coated roofs, sealing is ensured by supplying the same brand/model membrane. Thanks to two mounting slots on the rear foot, both long side and short side connection is possible.
Tested in the wind tunnel, this system understands the wind effect and includes it in the calculations. Offering installation with a single tool, ISOFLAT D13 provides ease of application and prevents errors by shipping the front legs pre-assembled. The rear foot position is determined by laser marking on the rail, preventing assembly errors and shortening assembly time. Thanks to the bases under the main rails, the system gains height from the ground and provides advantages in situations such as water accumulation.
The ISOFLAT S13 Mounting System offers south-facing installation only and provides greater production performance. Offering a non-self-locking structure, the Isotrap S system allows reuse and easy maintenance. Thanks to the springs inside the clamps, it offers ease of assembly with one hand. The high peel strength of the clamps provides reliability against strong external factors such as wind.
