Çankırı 3003 kWp ISOGROUND Two SS Land Systems

ISOTEC provided a 3003 kWp land system in the Celal Gümerdigin Land Solar Project in Çankırı province of Turkey. The mounting system used in this project was ISOGROUND Two SS. This system can be applied in land projects and used in vertical and horizontal layouts. It offers two different system options: Steel-Steel and Steel-Aluminum.

ISOGROUND mounting system uses A2-70 or 8.8 ZnNi quality bolts with high corrosion resistance in all fasteners. All column/pile elements used are produced as galvanized (TS EN ISO 1461), beam, cross and purlin elements are produced as pregalvanized (TS EN 10346). Depending on the soil type and characteristics, the most appropriate application method (driving, drilling, over concrete) is recommended.

ISOGROUND mounting system performs standard system application up to a slope of %7 in the East-West direction. The specially shaped purlin profile offers high resistance to torsion caused by external factors such as wind and snow load. Double bolts are used at the column-beam connection point, which is one of the most critical connection details of the system. Thanks to the slotted hole in this area, elevation differences in the field are easily tolerated.

Thanks to the special apparatus used at the beam-purlin connection point, application errors that may occur in both east-west and north-south directions can be eliminated. This apparatus provides ease of application as it offers connection via the beam. Time is saved in the field thanks to the special hole form that allows mounting via purlin-clamp purlin. Thanks to the pipette inside the clamps, it offers ease of assembly with one hand. Thanks to its clamp connections with high peel strength, it provides reliability against strong external influences such as wind.
