What is ISOSIDE?
ISOSIDE is an economical and robust mounting system developed for solar panel installation on trapezoidal and sandwich-clad industrial roofs. The core of the system, the XSide bracket, is applied by screwing it into the corrugation; this prevents the roof covering from being punctured and eliminates the risk of leaks.
Thanks to the pre-drilled holes on the XSide fittings, no burrs are formed during application, and there is no risk of corrosion. The front-glued EPDM seal on the back of the fitting creates an additional water barrier between the XSide and the roofing material. Permanent sealing is ensured with sealed pointed screws or watertight rivets.
With four different ISOBEAM profile heights (30, 45, 60, 85 mm), ISOSIDE adapts to any roof configuration and supports both horizontal and vertical panel placement. It is an ideal, fast, and reliable solution for industrial facilities seeking to maximize energy production.

System Components
Panel carrier main rail profile (AL 6063-T66). 30/45/60/85 mm height options. It is placed in the channel of the XSide adapter and secured with Allen screws.
A connector for joining two ISOBEAM profiles end-to-end. It is inserted into the profile and secured with a self-tapping screw.
It provides protection and an aesthetic appearance by covering the exposed end of the profile.
Universal end clamp for the exposed edges of panels. Compatible with all PV modules with a 30-45 mm frame.
Universal center clamp for edges between two panels. Compatible with all ISOTEC systems.
ETA certified screw with hardened tip and gasket. It does not create burrs during screwing and provides a leak-proof seal by securing the XSide adapter to the roof.
Special rivet with EPDM gasket. An alternative fastening element with guaranteed leak-proof properties.
Easy Assembly

1Marking and Placement According to the panel layout plan, the rib sides where the XSide brackets will be mounted are determined and marked.

2XSide Fixing XSide fittings are secured to the roof via pre-drilled holes on the sides of the corrugation using sealed pointed screws or rivets. Observe that the EPDM seals are compressed.

3ISOBEAM Profile Assembly ISOBEAM profiles are placed into the channel of the XSide adapter, and the profile is secured by tightening the Allen screw on the adapter.

4Profile Merging and Cover To ensure system continuity, profiles are joined end-to-end with ISOBEAM Connectors. ISOBEAM Caps are fitted to the ends.

5Panel Assembly The EasyClamp End is placed in the profile channel at the beginning and end of the system. The solar panel is placed in the system and secured by tightening the EasyClamp End.

6Intermediate Clamp and Completion EasyClamp Middle adapters are added and tightened between the two panels. The system is now complete.
