The latest project in Sofia, Bulgaria used ISOTEC's ISOTRAP S60-H mounting system. This system is suitable for roofs with trapezoidal and sandwich covering types. This system, which can be used in vertical and horizontal placements, offers different size options. Thanks to its dimensions of 290 mm, 375 mm and 540 mm, it can be applied in trapezoidal-sandwich roof coverings with 3, 4 or 5 ribs. Additionally, there are height options of 20 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm and 85 cm.
ISOTRAP S sistemi, alüminyum ray, vida veya perçin ile hadve tepesinden çatı kaplamasına bağlanır. Bu bağlantı tipi %100 sızdırmazlık sağlar. Özel diş formuna sahip vida sayesinde çapak oluşmaz ve yüksek sıyrılma dayanımı elde edilir. Alüminyum parça profillerin altına yapıştırılan EPDM kauçuk bantlar sızdırmazlık sağlar. Klemp bağlantısı, alüminyum somun detayı sayesinde uygulama sonrası kendini kilitlemez ve tekrar kullanım imkanı sağlar. Klemplerin içerisinde bulunan pipet, tek el ile montaj kolaylığı sunar.
