In addition, in the design of our mounting systems, we carry out our static calculations according to the results of the wind tunnel test reports we have made at Aachen University, Germany.
Isotec's ISOFLAT D13 V.2 mounting system can be applied on concrete, gravel and membrane-covered flat roofs. The system can be installed in the east-west direction and is inclined at 13°, increasing solar efficiency. Additionally, it can be applied up to 6° roof slope. Thanks to its pre-assembled components, it provides advantages in installation time and allows application without drilling the roof covering. In membrane-coated roofs, sealing is ensured by using the same brand/model membrane. Thanks to the two mounting slots on the rear leg, both long side and short side connection is possible. The system, tested in the wind tunnel, understands the wind effect and includes it in the calculations. Its installation can be easily carried out with a single tool, and the pre-assembled delivery of the front legs ensures ease of application and prevents errors. Thanks to the bases under the main rails, the system gains height from the ground and provides advantages in situations such as water accumulation.
As Isotec, we have successfully used our ISOFLAT D13 V.2 mounting system in the MTU PROJECT SERBIA project in Belgrade, Serbia. The project size is 1116.72 kWp and it is in the flat roof category. ISOFLAT D13 V.2 system can be used on flat roofs with concrete, gravel and membrane coating and increases solar energy efficiency.
