Solar Energy Construction These are steel elements that are mounted under the Solar Panels and fixed to the ground by nailing or concreting method.
The choice and preferences of Solar Energy Constructions are designed according to the region where the Solar Energy System will be installed and are prepared by our Civil Engineers based on the Earthquake, Snow and Wind loads of the relevant region.
Before the calculations begin, Soil Surveys are carried out in the region where the Solar Power Plant will be installed, and the bearing capacity of the relevant ground is determined and reported by a Geology firm.
Driving and Pulling tests are applied in the region on critical (bearing strength is observed to be insufficient) grounds, and steel profiles are driven in at least 15 different areas, considering a 20-decare area, with fastening machines and tied to a scale and pulled. Fastening times and forces during pulling are measured.
At this stage, all the loads (earthquake load, snow load, wind load, the construction's own load, the load of the solar panel) in the area where the power plant will be installed are collected and different combinations are created. Calculations are made according to the most unfavorable combination loads and it is determined whether the bearing capacity of the relevant Solar Energy Construction is sufficient. During the design phase, it is confirmed that the cross-sections are not at the limit and the static calculations are terminated.
After all the studies, 2-dimensional drawings of Solar Energy Construction are added to the relevant accounts and conformity is obtained from the Construction Unit Universities.
